Our story

LiquidText launched in 2015 with a simple idea: professionals need a better way to work with complex documents than flipping between files, highlighting in the margins, and trying to reconstruct their thinking later.

Over time, LiquidText earned adoption from professionals who needed to go beyond basic reading and annotation. The company later expanded into enterprise, and today has a dedicated focus on the needs of lawyers and legal teams.

What has remained constant is the core problem we solve: helping people analyze multiple documents together, connect facts and ideas, and return to a matter with their understanding intact.
